My recommendation for Greetsiel? The Friesian heart. A host who comes by regularly from the kitchen and looks after the well-being, fulfills small and large special requests and simply makes the small and large things himself. An atmosphere in which instead of the hustle and bustle, there is more serenity and calm, a place with character and modernity without the smoothness of time. A menu that convinced me, a craft that you can taste - black bread shouldn't be spurned if you're looking for a good breakfast!

The cafe has a nice ambience, the homemade cake tastes very good. The service is extremely friendly. I would come back anytime.

Really a very idyllic cafe, the cappuccino with soy milk was really delicious, unfortunately there was currently no vegan cake. The service is really great!

Unfortunately we cannot share the good reviews. We waited an hour yesterday for our breakfast (like our table next to it). The rolls were baked and dry. The coffee tasted good and the service was friendly. However, we also expected more in terms of the ambience, a shame ....

Very tasty vegan breakfast eaten there. Delicious homemade spreads, a super scrambled tofu egg and delicious rolls as well as homemade black bread. There is also a nice selection of vegetables and fruits. In the evening the hot apple juice with ginger + cinnamon is recommended.

We went there for breakfast on the last day of our vacation. We had reserved in advance, which was done very quickly and without any problems. Very nice ambience and very friendly service. The breakfast is really something special, many different delicious things, even an edible borresch flower was there. An insider tip for us and when we are around again, we will have breakfast there again, a real highlight 🤗

Great ambience, delicious cakes. The homemade iced tea is a hit. Very friendly service. Hygiene is exemplary, here the tables are even disinfected. Will definitely be back.

Delicious food in great architecture In an imaginatively renovated building that is open to the roof tiles, a.o. Fantastic, home-baked cakes and a wide variety of furnishings are offered, while you can watch the passers-by on the street through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows or the interior furnishings around an old Kawasaki on the generously distributed, comfortable furniture. Dogs are welcome and will be given small treats. Try the poppy seed cake! 😉

Old barn on the outside, modern cafe on the inside combined with the old look: very successful in my opinion. There is also a very tasty breakfast. My friend was very happy with her apple pancake and I found the Egg Benedict very tasty! At the end we had two delicious pieces of cake. Waiters attentive and friendly, as well as the lady who greeted us and disappeared into the kitchen.
